Q) How are applicants selected?

) All selection is based on merit and suitability for the role. Our standards are high and we will make a judgement on such factors as your experience, qualifications and / or other achievements. The successful applicant will also undergo a security screening process, including medical.

Q) What happens if I am unsuccessful?

If your application is unsuccessful your application will remain on file for a limited period of time and then it will be destroyed.

Q) When are referees contacted?

References will be taken up with employers listed except for your present employer with whom references will usually be taken up after an offer of employment has been accepted.

Q) Can I work for Rebound if I was not born in the UK?
A)
Yes, in line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 we have to ask for proof of your right to work in the UK. If you are invited for an interview please bring with you the original of one of the following: evidence of National Insurance number e.g. P45, P60, old payslip, passport, work permit, certificate of registration, naturalisation as a British citizen or other such documentation proving your entitlement to work in the UK.
