  Keeping in touch

There are different ways that you can keep in touch with your child.

A Letter
In our experience, young people enjoy receiving letters and it’s a positive way of keeping in touch with them whilst they are with us.  There is no limit to the number of letters that they can receive or you can send.  You can find the addresses on the contacts page.

A Telephone Call
When young people arrive at one of our Centres, they are asked to give us up to ten telephone numbers of people they might wish to call.  We check these numbers with parents, their YOT supervising officer or local authority social worker.

All bedrooms have a telephone point so that you can have your conversation in private.
