| We believe it is important for young people to have a say and always listen to them to try and understand their needs and concerns. All complaints are taken seriously, investigated sympathetically and confidentially and formally recorded. We do try to deal with complaints informally if possible however sometimes a formal resolution or investigation may be necessary.
We accept our prime responsibility for ensuring that no resident suffers any form of abuse or is bullied in any way and we have detailed policies and procedures to effectively manage any bullying issues.
To ensure your child remains healthy whilst they are with us, we ensure they are registered with local medical and dental practices and we arrange and encourage regular attendance and check-ups. If your child is taking medication, then we ensure that this is administered properly in accordance with our own policy and procedures.
